Your professionalism, honesty and the respectful manner you have conducted yourself on behalf of our two Strata Plans at the recent and adjourned AGMs was so enlightening and heartfelt. The motions we presented has certainly put the former EC and lot owners on notice and I thank you most sincerely for respectfully continuing to explain to the managing agent, the Chair and the noisy lot owners the purpose of the motions that we had submitted inspite of their negative behaviour.
