I would like to record my deep appreciation of David Sachs’ highly professional, exemplary service in handling my matter regarding my unscrupulous builder, a serial offender.

My nightmare had already unfolded when I was introduced to David. Then began a long, one year of collaboration, adapting our strategy as the builder took twists and turns in attempt to avoid consequences. David did this while being mindful of my need to minimise all costs, including legal.

Throughout my ordeal (including dealing with various government departments), David has been my guiding, rational, calming light and wise counsel. Such a hugely stressful time for me. Such a comfort knowing David’s brilliant mind was a phone call / email away.

I can now move forward. For the first time in a very long time, I can breathe.

I wish to formally thank you for representing us and all your help, time, advice and support over the past few months. It has certainly been a difficult and time consuming situation that we have been put through in these past two years and was so pleased when Rebecca highly recommended you.

Your professionalism, honesty and the respectful manner you have conducted yourself on behalf of our two Strata Plans at the recent and adjourned AGMs was so enlightening and heartfelt. The motions we presented has certainly put the former EC and lot owners on notice and I thank you most sincerely for respectfully continuing to explain to the managing agent, the Chair and the noisy lot owners the purpose of the motions that we had submitted inspite of their negative behaviour.
