Clement Lo

Clement is a highly experienced litigator with over 15 years’ experience and a diverse skill set built across a career handling a range of complex commercial disputes.

Clement began his legal career with the commercial litigation team at Clayton Utz in Sydney, after which he spent several years in mid-tier and boutique firms and in-house for a large residential home builder. Clement has a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of NSW.

Clement is solutions-focussed, diligent and commercial. He has excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills and has extensive experience in building and construction law and strata law.
